Kevin Devine knows his territory and loves to share it with people.
Kevin has worked as a writer and musician before joining Ryan Team Realtors, spending countless hours driving all over Southeast Michigan and exploring the cities, towns, and neighborhoods, meeting families and business people and learning about the rich and diverse history and vibrant culture of the Great Lake State.
Born and raised in Metro Detroit, Kevin is a proud alum of both the University of Michigan and Wayne State University. He and his wife Claire lived in Boston earlier in their careers and relocated to Ann Arbor in 2001 with their two sons, Tom and Nolan. They have been an active Ann Arbor Public Schools family and have partaken in all the great amenities Washtenaw County and all of Southeast Michigan has to offer - the parks, sports, libraries, festivals, museums, cultural activities, dining and more!
Kevin enjoys helping clients through the home buying and home selling process, and he is particularly tuned in to the needs and emotions of both first-time buyers and older sellers who are downsizing and selling the long-time family home. He brings his talents and skills to the process and seeks harmonious results for his clients and colleagues!
